July 8th - 11th
Entering Grades: 6th - 12th
Resident: $310 per Camper
Commuter: $210 per Camper
Limited To 40 Campers

→ Camp will consist of technique, drilling, live wrestling and cross training conditioning daily!
→ Train like a college wrestler and learn what it takes to be the best!
→ Campers will leave with awesome progressive training ideas.
→ Takedown Tournament with Individual awards for Champions.

Registration Deadline: We will take registrations until 48 hours prior to camp.

For Team Camps at Check-In the Day of Camp: Coach’s must provide a roster with all participant’s names and attached KSU Medical Forms for each participant. No camper will participate without this form being completed.

9:00 PM Commuter Pick-Up
9:30 PM - 11:30 PM Night Time Activities - Residents

6:00 AM Morning Ultra Run
9:00 AM - 11:30 AM Session 9
11:30 AM Session 10
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Commuter Pick-Up
11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Resident Check-Out
Days 2 & 3
6:00 AM Morning Run
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Drill Session
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Circuit Training & Lifting Session
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Wrestling Session
8:30 PM Commuter Pick-Up
9:00 PM - 11:00 PM Night Time Activities - Residents

**Takedown Tournament July 11th 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Medical Release Form: Every participating camper must print off and bring a completed KSU Medical Form.

Refunds: Full refund minus $10 service charge for cancellations of any reason. Because of staffing and enrollment planning, no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of camps and for no-shows.
