The CSU Viking Training and Technique Camps are designed to resemble how college wrestlers train during the season! Camp sessions will provide challenging activities through proper instruction of technique, drills, live wrestling as well as weight training and conditioning exercises that will contribute to the overall development of the campers. Members of the Division I Cleveland State Wrestling Coaching Staff will serve as Clinicians and Current CSU Wrestlers will serve as counselors and training partners.

MEALS: Wrestlers are recommended to bring their own food for lunch. If wrestlers do not bring lunch, there will be the option to pay for lunch on campus. Those who do not bring their own food will be escorted to lunch by members of the camp staff.
