Forest Lake Metro Mondays
Geared for wrestlers looking for extra training outside of their school program. Practices will be ran at a fast pace and an opportunity to seek different high level technique and competition. As we are just starting this program this year we recommend looking to seek a practice partner.
Technician - Andy Hackenmueller (Coach Hack)
Coach Hack will be running an introductory practice December 3rd (today) from 6:00-7:30.
