Holiday Camp

Camp will consist of two practices each day:
Drilling/live practice - 45-60 minutes, split with a break and a TBD game or activity and followed by technique, drilling and live practice- 90 minutes, ending discussion highlighting nutrition and metal strength for wrestling and life- 30 minutes.

Coaches:

Jake Saatzer, Troy Peterson, Andy Hackenmueller; and guest Technician and Speaker on Thursday the 27th, Michael Fessler. Fessler will be running our second practice followed by sharing his wrestling story, alongside his story of faith, and the importance of one’s mental strength and approach to the sport. Michael is a writer, speaker, and the author of three books, including the bestsellers “Faith and Wrestling” and “The Wrestler”.

December 26th & 27th (Wednesday - Thursday)

Grades: 2nd - 8th
Time: 4:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $50 for both days or $30 for single day
(additional sibling 40% discount)
