2019 YOUTH CAMP - COMMUTER ONLY

Basic principles of wrestling will be taught from all 3 positions. By the end of the week campers will transition into drilling and optional live wrestling. Time each day is set aside for watching film and playing games. Our goal is to help the campers cultivate a love for the sport.

Commuter | Early Bird Discount Until April 15th: $175.00

3:00pm - 3:30pm → Registration
3:30pm - 3:45pm → Orientation
3:45pm - 5:15pm → Session
5:15pm - 5:30pm → Pick Up

MONDAY, TUESDAY + WEDNESDAY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
10:15am → Arrive
10:30am - 12:00pm → Session
12:15pm - 12:45pm → Lunch
12:45pm - 1:15pm → Film
1:15pm - 2:45pm → Session
2:45pm - 3:00pm → Coach Speech
3:00pm → Pick Up
