Technique/ hard drilling/ live wrestling/conditioning, and full structured practices.

*Must have valid USA Wrestling Card All High School aged wrestlers must reside within a 50 mile radius of the location of practice. (541 N. Main St., Lexington, VA) Time: Every Monday & Thursday 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Cost: $50 Registration Fee | $10 Practice Fee at the door
$200 Registration Fee and Covers all Practices
