2020 State Champ Camp
This individual training camp is designed to make you a STATE CHAMPION! High-level technique sessions taught by college coaches, NCAA National Champions, and NCAA All Americans. This 5-day camp will combine Technique, Intense drilling, Live Wrestling and Strength and Conditioning all in one to make sure you are at your best for the upcoming season. Takedown series that will be covered include: Basic Leg attacks: Double legs, High Cs, and Single legs. Additionally we will cover carries, duck unders, as well as control ties such as underhooks, and scoring from the over/under position. We will cover front headlock series and scrambling for takedown defense. In the Top position, we will cover breakdowns, along with several techniques to turn and pin your opponent such as Arm bars, leg rides, tilts, and Anthony Robles will cover his world-renowned Ball and Chain series. From the bottom position, we will focus on standups, as well as second move series such as short sit, switch, granbys, and more. At the conclusion of camp, we will have a takedown tournament with a chance to win some Lander Wrestling gear!
Campers will stay in Lander University dorms and all Meals will be in our state of the art dining hall. Campers will have access to the University Pool, and Rec center in their free time.

Technique Sessions and High Level Drilling and Live Wrestling Sessions
Supervision
All campers will be monitored and supervised by Camp Directors, Counselors, and staff. Staff is required to stay on campus and chaperone all campers in the dorms and during the camp.
Individual Wrestlers
Individual wrestlers can sign up for the team camp and will be assigned to a team. Wrestlers will be supervised by camp staff and must adhere to the camp code of conduct.
