The Takedown and Turns camp is designed to help wrestlers score more points! We believe wrestling is more exciting when athletes are looking to score. This camp will be taught by post collegiate wrestlers who were known for their ability to score from the feet and top position. This will be a commuter camp going all day on Saturday and half day on Sunday.

11am- 11:30am- Game
11:45am-12:15pm- Lunch
12:30pm- Goal Setting/Mindset Training
1pm- 2:15pm- Session #2

2:30pm- 3:45pm- Session #3/Live Wrestling
4pm- Pick Up

Camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
