BISON TEAM CAMP |
The Bison team offers the ultimate experience for the competitive wrestlers and coach by giving them the opportunity to develop their skills and learn new techniques while working together towards their team’s ultimate goals.
The Team Camps will give wrestlers in grades 7-12 a balance of intense competition and outstanding instruction in each session, while also providing a unique bonding experience between the wrestlers and staff members. This camp will feature techniques and drills in all positions which are presented in systematic approach that while help your team see dramatic improvements in general consistency and understanding of concepts and approaches essential group success. The team camp also enables schools to bring together both junior high and senior high athletes together to enhance their camp experience and bring unity to their program. Additionally, camp will conclude with an individual takedown tournament with awards if desired.
A coach is required to accompany each team for the dual portion of the camp.
Team Registration Process: Coach or team representative registers the team using the "Coach register your team" button. Select the price level based on campers attending, then notify team and coaches to register using the "Campers register here" button. Coach or team representative will be updated as campers register.
Individuals are welcome - click the "Campers register here" button and select "Individual team" option.

Location: Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse, 1301 Centennial Blvd., Fargo, ND 58102
Camp Format: This five-day format features conditioning, technique, scrimmages, games and a team dual tournament.Each dual will be scored on a ten individual matches. We highly recommend you attend with 10 or more wrestlers. As a guideline, not strict weight classes and we will work with coaches to match up the athletes.
As a guideline, not strict weight classes, these are suggested weight classes: 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 185, HWT
What To Bring: Shoes, head gear, work-out clothes, fan and personal toiletries. Free laundry machines will be available for use. Each dorm room will be supplied with a standard linen package—sheet, pillowcase, blanket, 2 towels, 1 washcloth.
Training Staff: Full-time trainers will be at every session.
